Masanghai “Sanni” Youboty is a Liberian-born creative entrepreneur, investor, and champion for African advancement. She has 10+ years of experience in strategy, digital products, and creative services across Finance, Tech, and Entertainment, including Capitol Records, MIDEM, Capco and SoundCloud. Sanni is committed to bridging the US and West Africa through investments, culture, innovation and empowering the next generation of BIPOC and femxle entrepreneurs.

SHOANA CACHELLE

Shoana Cachelle is a dynamic Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, Brand Strategist, and Actress. She serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Cachelle International, with offices in the USA and Liberia. In addition, she holds the role of Creative Director at both the Creative Arts Center and Cachelle Fearless Marketing agency. With a steadfast commitment spanning 24 years, Cachelle has dedicated herself to addressing social injustices, empowering women, and nurturing a culture of sisterhood.

BLEEJAY INNIS

Bleejay is an entrepreneur, speaker and philanthropist with a passion for social development. He’s the Managing Director of Liberia based construction firm Tri Buchanan Development , and Founder of real estate development firm Ikemba Investment Group. Bleejay has been committed to the development of Liberia through various infrastructure projects and initiatives to promote the nation.

KANREE WRIGHT

Kanree is a media host, speaker, consultant & social entrepreneur with a passion for culture and development in West Africa. Her work as a multimedia storyteller and digital marketing strategist spans the news, entertainment & real estate industries. Kanree is the Founder of Kanree Global, a media & marketing consulting firm, an advocate for solo-traveling as a path to self-development & has worked on several educational initiatives that empower young Liberians.

Etienne Tolbert

Etienne Tolbert is a professional business consultant with a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship and project management across various industries, including marketing, entertainment, technology, and non-profit sectors. His experience working on projects in the United States and West Africa has imbued him with a global perspective and an understanding of how to execute in a mercurial environment. He is currently associated with KPMG and is based in Washington, DC.

Imari Sekajipo

Imari Sekajipo is a creative/social entrepreneur and investor with a focus in real estate. As a Managing Partner/Chief of Operations at Ikemba Investment Group and Co-Founder/Broker at Gateway Realty (Liberia), he is a mover in the international real estate space. His expertise in credit and creative financing has empowered many entrepreneurs and investors. After a transformative trip to Liberia in 2020, Imari decided to repatriate and leverage his knowledge and resources to bridge the gap between Africa and the diaspora. He is also active in orphanage consultancy and mentoring young entrepreneurs. His passion for arts and culture further enriches his efforts to create meaningful change.

Naomi Glay is an accomplished full-time REALTOR®. She has a gift for helping families achieve generational wealth through homeownership. Former Miss Liberia USA 2018 and Miss International Africa 2019, Naomi promotes Liberia globally and is passionate about contributing to real estate development in her homeland.
